This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy outlines how Betstrike prevents, detects, and reports money laundering and terrorist financing activities. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

3. Customer Verification (Know Your Customer - KYC)
3.1 Account Types and Requirements
We offer three account types with different verification levels:
Unverified Account
- Required: First name, last name, date of birth, country
- Limitations: Cryptocurrency deposits only, cannot claim bonuses or convert bonus balance
Restricted Account (Soft KYC)
- Required: First name, last name, date of birth, residential address
- Access: Cryptocurrency and fiat deposits, can claim bonuses but cannot convert to withdrawable balance
Verified Account (Full KYC)
- Required: Government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) verified through Sumsub
- Access: All features including bonus conversion, virtual cards, and full withdrawal options
3.2 When Full KYC is Required
You must complete Full KYC verification when:
- Your total deposits plus withdrawals reach $5,000
- You want to convert bonus balance to main balance
- You request certain withdrawal methods
- We detect unusual activity on your account
- Required by law or our risk assessment
3.3 Verification Process
To verify your account:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to account settings
- Select "Verify Account"
- Follow the Sumsub verification process
- Upload clear photos of your ID document
- Complete facial verification if requested
Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. We may request additional documents such as:

4. Transaction Monitoring
We monitor all transactions for suspicious patterns including:
- Unusually large deposits or withdrawals
- Rapid movement of funds without gaming activity
- Multiple small deposits followed by a large withdrawal
- Deposits and withdrawals using different payment methods
- Activity inconsistent with customer profile
4.1 Transaction Limits
- Minimum withdrawal: $10
- Withdrawal fees: No fees if deposit is wagered at least once; otherwise 8% fee (minimum $4)
- All large or unusual transactions may be subject to enhanced review
4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
We accept:
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT)
- Fiat currency via approved payment processors
- Virtual cards for verified accounts
All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Exceptions require additional verification.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using our services to launder money or finance terrorism
- Making deposits from illegal sources
- Using someone else's payment method
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Using our services from prohibited jurisdictions

6. Restricted Countries
We do not accept customers from:

- United Kingdom
- Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain
- All FATF blacklisted countries
- Countries under international sanctions
- Any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
Using VPNs or other methods to hide your location is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
7. Your Obligations
You must:

- Use only your own payment methods

- Not use funds from illegal sources

8. Suspicious Activity Reporting

- Not inform you about the investigation (tipping off is illegal)
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement
