This page constitutes a legal document and forms part of the binding agreement between you and 28 International Gaming Limited, operating under the trade name Betstrike and the domain betstrike.com. By accessing, viewing, or using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these license terms in their entirety.

Betstrike operates under Gaming License Number ALSI-202504011-FI1 issued by the Anjouan Offshore Authority of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, pursuant to Government Notice No. 007 OF 2005 under The Betting and Gaming Act 2005. This license was issued on April 14, 2025 and remains valid until April 13, 2026, subject to continued compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing conditions. The license authorizes 28 International Gaming Limited to conduct b2c gaming activities in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Anjouan Offshore Authority.

The company registration number 16007 has been duly assigned to 28 International Gaming Limited by the relevant authorities in the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. The registered office and principal place of business for all gaming operations is located within the jurisdiction of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. All gaming activities conducted through betstrike.com are deemed to take place within the jurisdiction of Anjouan regardless of the physical location of players or their access points.

This license does not constitute an endorsement by the Anjouan Offshore Authority of any specific games, promotions, or business practices beyond confirming that the licensee has met the minimum requirements for licensing. The license is non-transferable and remains the property of the Anjouan Offshore Authority. Any attempt to transfer, sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of the license or any rights granted thereunder shall result in immediate revocation and may subject the violator to civil and criminal penalties.

The validity of this license is contingent upon continuous compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, directives, guidelines, and conditions imposed by the Anjouan Offshore Authority and any other relevant regulatory bodies. Non-compliance with any requirement may result in immediate suspension or revocation of the license without prior notice. The licensee bears sole responsibility for maintaining awareness of and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Players accessing betstrike.com must verify that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before participating in any gaming activities. The existence of this license does not override or supersede any local laws or regulations that may prohibit or restrict online gambling. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Any person who provides false information regarding their identity, age, or jurisdiction of residence shall be in violation of these terms and subject to immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential criminal prosecution. Betstrike reserves the right to verify player information through any means necessary, including but not limited to third-party verification services, credit reference agencies, and governmental databases.

The license requires the implementation and maintenance of comprehensive anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing measures. All players must submit to identity verification procedures as required by applicable regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation or information shall result in account suspension or termination. Suspicious transactions or activities will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

The licensee is required to maintain adequate financial reserves to ensure the protection of player funds. However, the license does not constitute a guarantee or insurance of player deposits. Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses may occur. The existence of a gaming license does not create any right to recovery of gambling losses or any claim against the licensing authority.

All games offered on betstrike.com are subject to regular testing and certification by approved testing laboratories to ensure fairness and compliance with stated return-to-player percentages. However, the license does not guarantee any specific outcome or return for any individual player. Gambling outcomes are determined by random number generators and house edges that favor the operator over time.

The licensee is required to implement responsible gambling measures including but not limited to self-exclusion options, deposit limits, and access to problem gambling resources. Any disputes arising from or relating to gaming activities on betstrike.com shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established by the licensee and approved by the Anjouan Offshore Authority. The existence of a gaming license does not create any right to bypass established dispute resolution procedures or to appeal directly to the licensing authority except as specifically provided in applicable regulations.

The license is subject to periodic review, audit, and inspection by the Anjouan Offshore Authority and its designated agents. The licensee is required to maintain complete and accurate records of all gaming activities and to make such records available for inspection upon request. Players acknowledge that their gaming activities and personal information may be subject to regulatory review.

The Anjouan Offshore Authority reserves the right to modify, amend, or revoke licenses and to impose additional conditions or requirements at any time. Such modifications shall be binding upon the licensee and all players immediately upon notification. Continued use of betstrike.com following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

The license and all rights granted thereunder shall automatically terminate upon expiration unless renewed in accordance with applicable procedures. The licensee bears sole responsibility for timely renewal and continued compliance with all renewal requirements. Players acknowledge that services may be discontinued without notice upon license expiration or revocation.

Nothing in this license or these terms shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the licensee and the Anjouan Offshore Authority. The licensing authority assumes no responsibility for the business operations, financial condition, or solvency of the licensee beyond the minimum requirements for licensing.

Players acknowledge that the Anjouan Offshore Authority is a foreign governmental entity and that any claims or disputes involving the licensing authority may be subject to sovereign immunity and other limitations on jurisdiction and recovery. The choice to engage in gaming activities on a platform licensed by a foreign jurisdiction is made at the player's sole risk and discretion.

These license terms are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these terms or the gaming license shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Anjouan or such other forum as may be designated by applicable law.

The licensee maintains professional indemnity insurance and other coverages as required by regulation. However, such insurance is primarily for the protection of the licensee and does not create any direct right of recovery for players. Players are advised to review all terms and conditions carefully before participating in any gaming activities.

The license number ALSI-202504011-FI1 must be displayed on all marketing materials and communications as required by regulation. Any use of the license number or reference to regulatory status for fraudulent or misleading purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal prosecution.
